Weekday Rate : $178/hour
Weekend Rate: $273/hour

Terms & Conditions
1. Full payment must be made to confirm the booking.
2. Refundable Security Deposit of $800 to be paid before the day of the event.
3. General Wear Surcharge of $15/pax will be imposed for every guest above the occupancy of 80 (venue capacity).
4. Renter is responsible for any damages or losses to venue property.
5. Renter is responsible for Basic Housekeeping (i.e. Sweeping up litter on the floor, clearing and throwing out trash) after the event.
6. All moved furniture is to be returned to its original positions at the end of the Event by the Renter.
7. Please note that footwear is not allowed in the venue.
8. Minimum spend of $20/pax with Velixir Beverages for waiver of corkage.
