Additionally charge of $20.00 (w/GST $21.80) per location for delivery order to offshore areas (Sentosa and Jurong Island) and central area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard 22,23,24; Bras Basah 18, 19.

For building without service lift, additionally charge of $30.00 (w/GST $32.70) per level will be imposed.

Our delivery time is between 0730 hrs to 1830 hrs - last collection time at 2100 hrs, if applicable.

An overtime charge of S$100.00 (w/GST $109) will be imposed for collection of buffet equipment between 2101 hrs to 0729 hrs.

Delivery time allowance of approx. 30min grace period before / after expected time due to unforeseen circumstances.

Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation after confirmation, will be charged at 50% invoice amount

Any cancellation after confirmation (within 3 days before event), will be charged at 80% invoice amount

Any cancellation after confirmation (within 1 day before event), will be charged at 100% invoice amount

Changes to Orders
All amendments must be made 3 working days before the function date, last minute changes are not allowed

An administration charge of $50.00 will be charged upon any changes made to your confirmed order
