Food & Service from Stamford Catg is ok but can be improved. Reviewed on 13th Feb 2024 Verified Purchase Order was to for 11.30 but delivery was made too early at 10.30am.. which means food was cooked/prepared >1 hour earlier at 9+am.. although we had the food warmers, the quality of a few of the items, like the prawns & chicken was not good. prawns ... More shells became soft, chicken became mushy. Other items was ok. The desert was 80% syrup water & 20% ingredients in 2 big containers. Lou Hei was ok, we appreciated 2 sets for our >15 pax, would have been quite disappointed if they only gave 1. Cutlery plates bowls were enough. The provided table cloth torn very easily, try to provide slightly better quality for your customers. I paid about $500 for this catering, of course due to CNY its double the normal but most of my guests enjoyed it, except for the above feedback. No to Stanford caterer. Reviewed on 14th Feb 2024 Verified Purchase Paid over $1k for 30pax but most of the foods are not up to standard. Cauliflower and broccoli are hard, prawns shells are like those frozen prawn that their shella are hard to peel and not so fresh. Desserts are small potion, ordered the YuShen but ... More only given like 10 thin slice of Abalone for 30 pax. Would not recommend to order from Stanford though it sound "high class". To add on the table cloth for the buffet got a 3can hole on top and the deliver man has to use the flower stand to cover it. The corner of aluminium cover for the foods are very dirty and my mum has to use tissue to clean them. Only the fish are generous and thick. Additionally, after the payment is made and email has been confirmed. There are totally no news or reminders of any sort from cáterer till the day before from foodline email me to take photo and video for the foods I ordered to win $400 cash. The cáterer At least should send us a messages few days in advance stating that they have not forgotten about the order. And not letting us guessing it, if you replied and said it is peak festive season then you are finding excuses.
