The owner of Stamford Catering must have a way to hire good & efficient staff.

I forgot to indicate in the order the need to display a halal certificate on the buffet table. When I contacted Stamford office about it, a staff named Tan Hui Ping ... More readily accepted my request without any fuss & assured me it would be arranged accordingly. She also added my request into the Order Confirmation.

On the day of the event, I was very impressed by the one-man operator. A young man, Venki was the driver, food deliverer as well as designer for the food layout & table decoration. I've uploaded a photo of his beautiful layout of the cutlery.

During the initial spread out, we were a little concern if the food is good to go around as it doesn't look sufficient for 15 pax especially the Mee Goreng. A little nervous as we are hosting our Caucasian chairman & big bosses, however all well ... More ends well when everyone enjoyed the food and surprisingly we have substantial leftovers with majority having seconds.

A good review especially from the bosses hence it is definitely worth the price.
