More requested some changes in my dishes due to certain food intolerance of my children. The customer service officer appeared quite helpful in suggesting me the alternatives. The only point she or the menu preparator could have overlooked the indication of spicy items. Not until my family tasted it, I did not realise the fried rice was spicy and was unsuitable for young children. As such we had to quickly cook another pot of rice to replace it! However, not denying the fact, the spicy fried rice was indeed delicious! The dishes in overall is delectable, such as cheesy scallop, sautéed prawns. My big boy appraised the steam chicken was really home-made style whereby he ate most of it. The herbal roast duck is a little dry but still pretty tasty. The bamboo clam in the clay pot was a bit hard to chew for old people. The prawn looks a bit like dried shrimp and broth not really taste superior comparing to what we ordered from restaurant before. Not forgetting to mention, the crystal ice jelly dessert is just nice chilling for current hot season. The koi fish jelly was popularly liked by all of our family members. In overall this is quite a delicious and special dinner set though there is some imperfectness! Worth trying! Reviewed on 23rd Feb 2018 Verified Purchase I had to thank the co-ordinator whom detected my error in the event date during order placement or I could have ended up with tears on the 1st day of NY! The delivery arrived me on the dot though their schedule was very tight. I was impressed by ... More the professional packing bag upon dinner arrival and the quality of disposable crockeries provided! It makes me feel wasteful to dispose after one use! But there was a little inconvenience I faced, I ordered 2 sets of yu sheng but there was no disposable plates provided unlike the set I ordered on the following day. The honey roasted chicken chop was the 1st to run out soon after the dinner started! That was a dish I requested for change. I had made an excellent choice! Seafood crouton was the 2nd to empty. There was none leftover for me to try! A large portion of the creamy fish and sushi were left over..... I guess my guests were majority elderly and they probably dislike the non-traditional cheesy style but personally the cheesy taste is well acceptable. The green vegetable remained its good greenish look unlike some other orders I made in the past that appeared over cooked. Almost all the dishes had solicited my taste bud especially the dessert had ceased my beads of perspiration! The only dish that had not satisfied me is the sushi plater which I added to the order. The rice quality tasted like our normal plain white rice we ate everyday. That explain why half of the plater were untouched. However, in overall I would still grade the food delicious!
