Waste of money, try at your own risk Reviewed on 4th May 2020 Verified Purchase This is the 3rd Tingkat Caterer we've tried from Foodline. It's total waste of money. Firstly, met with some mishap on the first day. At about 6+ pm, the dinner did not reach us or did we receive any call from Robert Catering. I called and was told ... More that the driver had an accident but making alternative to deliver. I even offered to collect myself if there's difficulties but was told not necessary, the driver can make it. At about 8 .10 pm, there's no sign of the driver and no one pick up the call. Mind you, we've a 8 year old kid with us. It was later offered with a one-day refund or extension which I think totally not sincere. Since it's the first day, we've to carry on for another 7 days. The quantity are much lesser than the first two caterer, Savoury and Kim Paradise, both under Neo Group. In term of quality, still edible, nothing to shout about. The ingredients were mostly cheap. We do not have any memory of real fish dishes. Most of the time, we need to add-on additional dish. Total waste of money and try at your own n risk.
