Cancellation Policy

Cancellations have to be made 2 working days in advance. Any changes must be made 3 working days in advance.

Cancellation charges would apply if less than 2 working days notice given:

- Less than 12 hours: 50% of order amount
- Less than 1 working day: 30% of order amount
- 48 hours notice: 20% of order amount
