Terms and Conditions:
Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Order must be placed at least 5 working days prior to the event date. During festive season, kindly be advised to order 2 weeks in advance.

Surcharge of $3/pax (w/GST $3.27), should you not meet the minimum quantity as indicated.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of Cancellation or Change of Date for the order, a cancellation charge applies:

A) 50% of the total spending with less than 5 working days of notification.

B) 100% of the total spending with less than 3 working days of notification.
