If customer ordered for 50pax you should at least provide 1.5 or double the quantity? The paper plates and paper cups were all finished in less than 2hours! And we still had so much food BUT ... More not enough paper plates! I ordered for 50pax, my total number of guests was only 48. Very embarrassing. My guests wanted to continue eating the food but there were no more plates. And the drink provided was also very little. We had to go buy extra in the end. Overall, even though it's cheap, you may end up with embarrassment. Rice was very hard and dry. The curry chicken is very little no full and the Fried rice & fried mee hoon also. My guests told be the fried rice they ordered for Neo Garden like 80 pax, there are 2 tray of fried rice for them. How come mine is 1 tray each only? Should have 2 trays each for the fried rice & mee hoon. In the end, I have to go out to ordered chicken rice for my guests. After the buffet end, the guy also anyhow throw the rubbish & never clear away. Dirty the area and I have to go wash up the area myself & bring down the rubbish to throw downstairs. They were also able to accommodate my request for setting up two serving stations at the same venue, providing extra food warmers and name cards. The ... More caterer was also on time to set up the venue and prompt in collecting the equipment. Food overall was decent for its price. The bad The delivery address was mixed up. It was a combination of my delivery address and my home address, probably due to an error in keying in at their end. However, it was rectified as they gave me a call prior to the event to confirm the location. The food quantity was definitely not enough. I ordered for 100 pax and to be split into two stations of 50 pax each. You can refer to my photos taken at the start of the event on whether each dish suffice for 50 pax - e.g. the curry was not even full, carbo items (rice or noodle) is just one tray, sotong you teow looks like it is just one piece for each pax etc. Food ran out within two hours although not all my guests have arrived, resulting in us having to get extra food from elsewhere. The office would need to work with the kitchen on ensuring the amount given suffice. Overall The admin office, delivery staff and food quality is acceptable. However the amount of food accorded is little. If you intend to order, I suggest you order 15% above your estimated pax to ensure food is enough.
