The food arrived on time, neatly and presentably packed in quality disposable containers. They even double-layered the ... More containers to make them sturdier. NASI MINYAK: Our guests loved the nasi minyak, although many inquired about the type of rice. It tasted delicious with plenty of garnishings, cashews, and raisins. RENDANG BEEF: Satisfactory and enjoyable. AYAM MASAK MERAH: It would be better if the parts were wings, drums, and thighs. The gravy itself is sweet and delicious, balancing well with other dishes. Guests complimented this dish. We’ve ordered it from several caterers and found it to be the tastiest because of its sweetness. SAMBAL PRAWN: The prawns were deveined and deshelled. However, the quantity could be increased as they ran out too quickly, even when other dishes were still half full. GADO-GADO: This dish remained untouched throughout the entire event, as our guests didn’t eat it. Unfortunately, it was the least liked dish of the day and went to waste. MARBLE POUND CAKE: Although it appeared to be a small quantity, there were actually leftovers after the event. The taste was moist and buttery. SAMOSA: No one informed us that samosas were replaced by Epok-epok. The quantity was excessive, leaving us with a lot of Epok-epok at the end of the day. DRINKS - A big carton of Green Tea Can Drinks. A popular choice. We have our own fruit punch drinks, but the green tea were also 'sold out' at the end of the day. 100PCS MUTTON SATAY ADD-ON: The best add-on. The satay was delicious, and guests devoured them. The onions and cucumbers were plentiful too.   QUANTITY: The overall food quantity (except for the sambal prawns) was just right for 18 people, with some guests having second and third servings. The photos shown were taken before the event. We also managed to take away food for two additional people. This is our second time ordering from this caterer. Surprisingly, their quality has improved significantly since our last order 2 years ago.
