Our dad has chronic kidney disease, so he can't take anything spicy. On Tuesday, they gave a repeated dish, i.e., two boxes ... More contain the same Tofu dish. Both above blunders really not a big deal at all. Just perhaps some room for improvement in terms of process/QA. However, to our disgust, we saw an intact cockroach with a fat juicy belly in the Tofu dish, and we already eaten like 90% of the dish before seeing it. (See attached photo) Initially didn't want to write this since they agreed to compensate by waiving off the cost for one month's tingkat.
