Firstly, order was not acknowledged nor followed up. On the actual date, food was not delivered and till I have to write to ask for status despite the payment ... More was deposited a day before. Not even an apology for a service lapse. On the second day, then the food was delivered. Shockingly, the delivery chap hanged the packages on the gate lever instead a stool just few inches away. Anyone with a bit of common sense will know that if someone will to open the gate from inside, the food packages will drop from the gate lever. On top of it, those previous orders are properly placed on the stool. So what is happening to the service quality of this caterer?
