Totally tasteless and the texture was too soft like chawanmushi. Portion wise: acceptable for 30 pax ordered, except that prawns felt too little and barely filled up the tray. Overall, food was edible but nothing to praise of. There was too much food leftover, probably because the quality was not too good. Mango pudding were barely touched. Utensils like plates, spoons and forks were given. No serviettes. Caterer was also late for about 10-15min past the order time.
