Poor service! Reviewed on 16th Jan 2018 Verified Purchase The buffet was set up at least 1 hour earlier before the event so the food had turned cold when the guests arrived. The collection of the buffet should be at 3pm but the deliveryman did not turned up. We called Ecreative hotline many times but ... More could not get a response. As we need to clear off the function room for the next booking, we had no choice but to help the caterer to remove the buffet set up (buffet trays, tables, skirtings etc) out of the function room. We waited for the deliveryman for at least 2 hours and still he did not turned up. As there was no way we could contact the caterer or the deliveryman, we left the buffet set up outside the function room. To our horror, the condo management office called the following day to inform that the buffet set up has not been cleared off and demanded us to get it cleared asap as it was causing obstruction. We called up Ecreative to demand them to clear the buffet asap but they took near to 5 hours to clear it (in which we received many calls of complain from the condo management during the 5 hours and we had to rush back from work to settle the matter). We were really disappointed that no apology was made throughout the incident. This has caused us much inconvenience and unhappiness. We had to pay a penalty to the condo management because of the blunder made by ECreative. We have never came across such a irresponsible caterer!
