Sales agent's mobile number was not in service even after attempting more than 10 times over a span of half an hour, and no one ever picked up the office phone. The event host was in panic already and we were already trying to think of a backup plan. Luckily the caterers finally arrived, and everything was set up in time. No doubt, they were efficient in setting up, but as a subsidiary of Tung Lok, we would have expected better contactability and follow up. Food was okay, but could have been from any other caterer.
